Ok, I am NOT (I repeat, NOT) ready to admit that there really is a reverse split!
There is certainly no mention of it in a news release is there? Am I missing it?
COULD IT ALL BE A LAST MINUTE SCAM OF THE MM's AND THEIR HELPERS?
Think about it....we largely hold the float, the naked shorters desperately need to cover, maybe by end of day tommorrow.
ARE THEY PULLING OUT ALL THE STOPS AND CREATING LIES OF THE REVERSE and calling the SKYNET release a fabrication? IF so, they are very desperate indeed, and even getting some people on the board involved ....could be folks, could be!
THINK ABOUT IT AND WHATEEVER YOU DO, and IMO, do NOT (I repeat, do
NOT) put in a market order to sell!! You may get screwed bigtime tommorrow. At least wait until the company confirms or denies which they should do before the open.
IF THE REVERSE IS A LIE FABRICATED BY THE SHORTERS...
The company should confirm or deny the reverse before the market opens, at least if they are listening! If they do, we may see a 10 fold or 20-fold increase in the stock price tommorrow or soon.... as bizarre as that sounds.
IF THE "REVERSE" really IS true, I am inclined to believe that the company is "in bed" with the naked shorters somehow and will be facing some serious SEC investigations. I really find this hard to believe! They can't possibly believe an over $4.00 price achieved via a 70 to 1 reverse will hold above that level to help them achieve NASDAQ! And the timing of this news today and reverse rumor is just too weird!

either the actions of the company or the people trying to help the MM's cover their shorts!
I wouldn't believe anybody at this point....the people who called SKYNET (and said the news story is false, which is highly unlikely it would seem) or the people who actually visited SKYNET...
Whatever, this is the most bizarre situation I have seen in my 22 years of investing!
A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY IS USUALLY THE ONE TO BELIEVE, SINCE THEY ARE THE EASIEST FOR THE SEC TO TRACK DOWN.
BUT WE WILL SEE....this could get very bizarre (did I say "Could" get bizarre?)
IT THE TIMING OF ALL THIS CONFUSION....LAST DAY OF THE
MONTH....SHORTERS MAYBE DESPERATE TO COVER...... THINK FOLKS,

AND WAIT (EVEN IF THE REVERSE IS TRUE_...like Tim Luke says, we may still be able to control our destiny by holding....if you sell early tommorrow you will get screwed on price anyway....might as well hold....if reverse is true, we can certainly control the small float that will exist. |
