A Good Time to Accumulate

Biotech is now trading at (or very close to) its 52-week low. There is no real reason to account for this except for the fact that many people are growing impatient and would rather sell now, take a loss and move on to another stock. Others are selling because they're being hit with margin calls and as often is the case - it is the penny stock that gets sold first.

I believe that this is in fact a good time to accumulate the stock. There is little down side risk from here. Fundamentally, I believe the company is now profitable - the packaging division is doing well.

The one thing I would suggest is also keeping an eye on the volume of stock traded on the Nasdaq vs Alberta. More Americans are onto this company than Canadians.
