Are you able to observe their activity on a day to day basis? Any changes from your last post? If you're able to observe this kind of activity, it would be nice to see posts from you from time to time either confirming continued activity or reporting increased/decreased activity. <<Occasionally, they have a problem with a part, and when that happens, it's very costly to replace hundreds of them at a time.>> Do you happen to work for ANDW?
