what is the possibility of the rs not going through? It is listed on the OTCBB web site as a 70:1 RS and Name change. Can this be rescinded before the opening bell tomorrow? If anyone can answer please quench my curiosity.

PS One piece of this puzzle that doesn't make sense to me is that they would announce the reverse split now and not after the name change.
