According to Jeffrey Ait, CEO of Site Technologies, ''Site Technologies board believes that, in light of the company's recent and expected continued losses and its limited cash position, it is in the best interests of the company's Shareholders to retain Alliant Partners to help us explore the company's strategic options..." source: &copy 1998 biz.yahoo.com ...at least their announcement was more serious/focused and not buried in an unrelated news release...perhaps SWEBF was sending a signal to their northern subsidiary to get their act together?...or a deal is already done or, again, their announcement to the street/suitors... was about as bad as it gets...actually it was as bad as it gets...shareholder value is shareholder value and one simply does not play games with shareholder value esp when confronted with a NASDAQ NMS delisting...the shareholders appear to be the victims of several management smoking guns of late...in our opinion.
