Re: Feedback on Investor conference call. Time is limited and we can loose focus if we don't "Organize to Maximize".

1st, Nominate or elect three from thread as an "Investor Relations Panel". For example, vote for the ones who have provided the most DD. Choose each based on a subject area that they can be specific to. A soccer mom, a student (Daniel Miller), Grand parents, experienced long term investor, etc..

2nd, List about six subjects for discussion and pare down to one for each member of the panel. Agree on flow of questions and limit time for each. Roll play and agree on the purpose. Subjects? Marketing, Finance, Competition, management, Future introductions, Stock holder concerns, product, distribution, etc...

3rd, Be proactive. What is best case scenario to maximize growth and profitability 3 to 5 years down the road? What is worse case? Would it be better for all if Wal-mart is 50% of revenue or 30%? Better to distribute on retailer shelves or KO vending machines or both?

Just my thoughts.
