30 exactly at expiration and the calls expire worthless. Over 30 at expiration the stock gets called. You are paid $30 share for the stock and keep the money you received for the 30 calls also. I have heard of a a few situations where the stock was 1/8 to 1/2 in the money and didn't get called, but far and few between....3/4 and above its automatic by the clearing house.

If you meant what happens if the stock goes over 30 between now and expiration...generally nothing until there is 0 time value remaining in the option. If the stock stays in the 27-35 range, it's likely it wouldn't get called till January.
