If you called my company about a client of mine, you would get the same response. You may be entitled to answers from a publicly held company of which you are a shareholder. However, a third party, such as, the auditing firm owes you nothing.

It is just an accounting firm with some girl, being paid nothing as a receptionist, told to answer the phones, and lose any of Global's shareholders.

Companies need only answer to their clients. And you are not the client of the auditing firm. Some things you will have to trust to the people you placed your money with.

In addition, that is why a third party is involved; to prepare an objective report. In fact, your influence may be considered as an interference to the administration of objectivity.

Global is busting their butts to make this work. Can't you see that?
