Jason The reason that the stock price is dropping is because of the fear that the preferred shareholder will be dumping their stock on the market I believe 3 shares to one at the market price. Could be wrong on the actual transaction but they would be flooding the market with additional shares. News has it that the company will be doing a release to calm these fears. Paul
