Yes, historically a lot of shares may have gone towards acquisitions. But that does not apply to the additional shares from qtr4 97 to qtr1 98. No acquisitions. No new facilities. I raised the issue of new shares repeatedly on this thread, then called BKF after the Qtr4 #s.
I was promissed a breakdown on what the > in shares went towards.

I did not receive it, and a few weks later the qtr 1 98 #s came out with even more shares. I do not find it a coincidence that my request for details wnt unanswered, knowing the next report would show a lot more shares.

And of all the companies I have followed over the past year, TRIBY stands out by far as the LEAST disclosing of all the fully reporting companies. Look at their statements compared to other fully reporting companies. Their #s are fuly reporting in name only.

There may be some legit reasons for not disclosing some of their sales data, but honestly, when paired with their financial statements, it comes across as at least as much attitude/mindset rather than legitimate discretion.

My opinion, Scott.

Please, no red herrings in response.
