Jim, prior to the major transaction there were 3,333,333 shares outstanding. The major transaction itself consisted of acquiring all shares of Newsys New Systesm Solutions (the private company) for 6,666,667 shares of NSS which brings the total to 10,000,000.

Of these 10M, 59.6% are held by insiders with 5.5M in escrow to be released 1/3 on each May 15. I extracted this info from various SEDAR filings - the transactions are involved so you may wish to check over the figures yourself.
