No, my understanding is that may be the case with a cash deal, but this is a stock swap. So, the 130 calls you sold will convert to ALA calls. Either the strike price and/or number of shares a contract covers will likely be changed. These changes must be fair and equitable to all involved.

FWIW, ALA obviously could go eitherway, but based on todays close of 41 1/4, DIGI would be valued at approx $33.62 a share.
