Thanks for your analysis. Have you shorted HEC based upon your logic?

Also, if such financing has a consistent track record of such devestating effects upon share price, why would any company ever consider this type of financing. It has not been my impression that HEC is unable to raise capital. If this type of financing is so poisonous, what would possess the otherwise competent management of HEC to accept such damaging terms? Am I missing something?
