Dave, I'm in your camp on this one. Just got off the phone with my broker and he has USXP on his screen and NOTHING to confirm the RS. The guy who posts the finding of the RS has been on SI for 48 hours? We will know by 9:30AM. If the company is for real they will respond. MWS
