Xillix Technologies Corp - Sale of equity interest in Oncometrics completed Xillix Technologies Corp XLXShares issued 28,400,0001998-06-26 close $1.73Monday Jun 29 1998Mr. Pierre Leduc reports Xillix has completed the sale of its remaining one-third interest in Oncometrics Imaging to AccuMed International of Chicago, Illinois. Oncometrics is now a wholly owned subsidiary of AccuMed International. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed. The sale of Oncometrics to AccuMed will allow Xillix to focus on developing the Xillix LIFE Fluorescence Endoscopy System platform of products for the early detection and localization of cancer. AccuMed's efforts to automate cancer screening will improve cancer management
