Chucka, Sorry if I confused you <VBG>. I was referring to the CHIP spinoff, JVWeb Inc (JVWB). It started trading today at 0.75. (According to Yahoo, the bid is 0.75 with an ask of 1.25, so the 10100 shares appear to be a sell, if that was the bid/ask at the time of the trades.) biz.yahoo.com CHIP shareholders as of Mar 31, 1998 received 1 share of JVWB for every 50 shares of CHIP they owned.
