To anyone:

I finally had a chance to digest all of todays press release. I have a few questions I hope someone can answer.

1. I noticed there was no mention of who the board of directors of Midland are at this time. Who exactly are they? They were not mentioned in the press release of June 29th.

2. Who is in charge of disseminating information for Midland?

3. Who is drafting the press releases at this time?

4. There was a reference made to other entities involved with Dan Fisher, no names were mentioned. Who are these people?

Thanks to anyone who can assist me in ironing out these wrinkles.
