The $30.00 price could be taken out easily and force a lot of
short covering but the MM's have a strong incentive to keep CPQ below the $30.00 July call strike price but if some institutions come in with large buy orders the MM's and shorts will be forced to cover.
Right now I think the down side is very limited say to $26.5 but upside could go to $40 or more. This stock appears safe to me and should be bought on dips for the longer term. I will continue to
hold. I think July 18th is the earning date and the market is expecting zero earnings so anything above that will help raise the stock price. According to Zacks the number of analysts recommending increased to 16. Ranking went up to 1.7 (one being the best 5 the worst).
