Maxwell, re:"All AMD has to do, to yield high qtys of K6-2-300 is to jack up the voltage a little." NOT! The oxides are designed for 2.0 volt MAX on .25 micron process. Seems that AMD has already "juiced" the voltage to get speed. Perhaps any shortage is due to DEAD PARTS due to oxide fatigue? Jeff
