I rarely give two cents worth in the form of advice but here goes. Remember what you paid for this....

The key folks behind the merger will end up with Allegro stock, they could give two snits what SPCO does until its converted. I actually bought SPCO on the rumour of the buyout, (bought two days prior at $1.9)a gamble, could have jumped, it didn't. Lost 50%
After some discussion with those involved, decided to hold onto SPCO for its coversion. Once completed, the Allegro folks have "big" motivation to get the price back up around ten bucks, which effectively makes your SPCO worth $2.50. It could happen...

FWIW
