My view: problem with stock is problem with sektor: you don't see sndk turning before intel TA chart turns bullish, which it have not yet done.?. In cellphones and other non-pc devices there are new frontlines forming: MSFT-CE os. vs. Psion-symbion os. In both sides sndk would be winner - someday.
