Good morning Savant.Who said you need 6 hours sleep? Studies have shown that as we age we require less sleep?Less than what I would like to know? Who sets the standards? On what basis is their result based?
AND (deep sigh)is it sunny there to-day? Will it be sunny to-morrow and are we all going to live to the average age of a male or are mortality figures skewed to mess up our psyche so we think this is it?
