Tim,

OK by me. I just called Schwab, my securities firm and I was told that I will not, will not be able to do anything with co's stock until after three weeks by which time the new securities will have been delivered. Has anybody called their securities firms? If so, please share the outcome of your discussions. If all of us who have this stock can't trade it for the next few weeks, who is going to sell and who is going to buy? Does this give the mm's a window of opportunity to sell shares they do not own as all of us who own it can't sell it? Can somebody help in this matter? I appreciate it. Peace and good luck.
