Jim, I think what we may want to consider is that the SEC does not get "concerned" for no reason. There was something in the report that made them feel that way. If they didn't like an announcement of a large a deposit without proof, they could have halted the stock the same day of the news release. They waited to see the report, started to review it and THEN halted trading. They must of seen something that didn't make sense to them or was not done to the standards they require. They will likely wait until they have gone through the report start to finish before they make any requests from GE. So the lack of requests for more info are not enough reason for me to think all is well. Could it be? Sure. But lack of news is always a shaky reason to assume the news is good.

I'm watching and waiting with the rest of you.
