Tons of research has been done on the question of biological responses to electromagnetic radiation, and especially at cellular frequencies. An internet search on the subject would keep you busy reading for several years. Knowing nothing more about the study than what you provided, one could intuitively deduct that mobile phone users as a class SHOULD have higher blood pressure than non-mobile phone users; type "A" personalities, additional stress of driving and talking, the kinds of jobs which require mobile communications, the additional attention drawn to oneself while using a cellphone in public, etc. Without knowing how the researchers designed their study to bias for these obvious non-EMR influences, we can't know to what extent the observations were related to rf radiation. One of the hallmarks of good research is repeatability. Until and unless other research bodies can duplicate the findings and validate that the findings are in fact negative, I don't believe I wouldn't let a single study on cellphone users affect my investment decisions.
