Perhaps you can enlighten us all on a definite explanation of "the common good". It is a term I hear frequently, but nobody has fully defined for me...
If the common good is the eradication of Jews (and in Nazi Germany, this was considered the case), then should we consider that valid?
If the common good is subsidizing wealthy corporations (and in the US, we obviously believe that to be the case), then is that valid?
I don't know...the common good is such a beneficial thing, but I have yet to really be provided anything good by those who follow it.
