Question: Since when is requesting E-mail from a fellow investor considered "writing a financial newsletter"? We all requested to receive his E-mail....it was not solicited. It was never intended to be financial advice. It was simply the Top Dog team's opinion based on THEIR DD. They always stressed emphatically that we do our own DD and not to base our own opinion on theirs. Do we now need a license to have an opinion? Helene
