I don't know how many shares she plans on unloading, but I tell you what, I won't be hanging around too much longer. She has certainly put a damper on our parade. It appears she continues to dump around the $4 area, which I assume she thinks is fair and reasonable value for this company. This in fact is what I find so uneasy. She obviously has access to more inside information than we do, and if she considers $4 fair value, who are we to question her reasoning. If the proceeds are indeed charitable contributions, then why in the world would she not simply donate the stock itself to the particular organizations? There would be numerous advantages for her personally in doing this. This is the other troubling fact I find with her suspect selling. I'll be taking 1/2 off the table if I see any more action like this. This stock basically has a ceiling that it can not penetrate because of the actions of its largest shareholder. Consider it dead money until this matter is resolved...
