Steve, you may be right, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

a. Agouron is a leader in its field.
b. AGPH stock has a nasty habit of fooling people both on the way up and on the way down.
c. AGPH shareholders may at the present be in a state of confusion about the future of the company and are therefore selling off shares.
d. AGPH's nature of movement is hugely volatile, and we could see massive strength over the next couple of days if some degree of certainty is introduced, (of course I could be wrong).
