Frontloading is the practice of buying a stock....then using whatever method to push the price up ...by what Mr. F calls "promotion"...advertising or whatever....then selling out when you are "promoting"..... Wonder how many times the "stock gurus" sell out when they give a "strong buy" rating to a stock??? I'm sure that this practice goes on in every level of investing to some extent...from the bb's all the way to IBM.....all the way to Alan Greenspan. JMO Lee
