Offie it appears that this buyer,posting on AOL, has already purchased 18% of the company. The screen name is Califtalk, he has been on the AOL for quite a while and is aware of the SI string. He has posted his purchases and all have been in the .13 range. He said this morning he is in the market buying. I am posting this for information only and cannot affirm the accuracy.
