Thanks for the Infrastructure reprint, John. From the description given there, it seems that though their technology is applicable to many types of FPDs, their main target is AMLCDs. From their standpoint, that makes good business sense. I haven't been studying the details of AMLCDs, though, so I don't know how big the inspection market is for these types of tools.
