Hi Dave! This is part of the record that will be needed to take to solicitors. Now we need to chase Holland as the buck has been passed to him. If no satisfactory reply is received from him then there is a case for the solicitor to work from. Keep in mind that regardless of the reply from Holland it may be necessary to seek legal assistance as the interpretation of trading rules for companies may be more complex than expected but we do need his reply.
