I just got a call from the lady at USXP and she said the outstanding shares was between 1 and 1.5 million after the split. I asked her if the skynet deal was a done deal, and she said that They were expecting to close it before the end of July. She didn't know whether it was going to be purchased with newly issued stocks or not, but was going to check on that and also the exact number of outstanding shares and get back with me. She also said that the news release yesterday was a leak. She said it should have never happened until after they had made a company release.. I'll let you know if I hear anything else. I told her I had to leave in an hour and she said she would get back with me before then if she could. I was so surprised by the call, that I forgot most of the things I wanted to ask. She said the co was in very good financial shape and was doing well and that they truly expected the company to be above 6 very shortly. She said there was more news coming, and it was all good. To the best of my recollection, this is about what was said. I just wanted to pass it on because I know everyone is waiting to hear. raven
