Chromatics Color Sciences Refutes Latest Allegations NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Chromatics Color Sciences International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCSI) today refuted statements posted by TheStreet.com, regarding a mention of Chromatics on the Stock Genie web site. Darby Macfarlane, chief executive officer of Chromatics stated, "This is just another of a long list of baseless accusations that appear to be part of a systematic and well-orchestrated effort to damage the company and its loyal shareholders. Chromatics has had no contact with Stock Genie, nor have we paid or authorized any payment for any profile which may have been posted on their site." Ms. Macfarlane continued, "As I have stated in the past, CCSI's efforts continue to be focused on our medical business plan to reach a definitive agreement with international medical companies for global distribution of the Colormate(TM) TLc-BiliTest(TM). We will continue to respond as necessary to attacks on our Company through public communications as well as through legal and other recourse." Regarding comments by TheStreet.com on the authorship of Chromatics' June 11, press release refuting Manuel Asensio's allegations concerning the Company and its product, Ms. Macfarlane stated, "The detailed substantive commentary in this release was provided largely by leading medical experts in the field of bilirubin infant jaundice. They have been and will remain valued advisors to the Company, and we will continue to seek their counsel as it pertains to the product."
