Ms. Payne, let the Federal Jury decide who is wrong. This is what RICO was written for, and in case you didn't know, RICO calls for triple damages. RE:Perhaps all the other analysts that take a large long position before they issue buy recs are mistaken as well? If they misrepresent, as Mr. Asensio as done in this case, then their acts are illegal as well.
