Jerry and Terry,
Just finished reading the Forbes article. They feel WRSI is a gamble and not for betting your retirement.

They say Sheldon knows his cigars and marinades and he is charming but they don't feel there is a track record for success.

The new president, Guarrino, has had experience with franchising but nothing to do with cigars. He helped build Boston's Papa Gino's pizza chain and was CFO from 1990 to 1992, but he left before its big growth started and got involved in another restaurant chain, which later filed for Chapter 11; class action lawsuits have been filed.

The article pretty much gives a rundown on the history of WRSI, which most of us already know. I was disappointed to read the article, but glad not to see it mentioned in the "Streetwalker" section. When a company is mentioned bearish there, it proves to be true a high percentage of the time.

I am planning on holding on to my shares, even though I am heavily weighted in WRSI.

Ken
