Caxton, it would be nice if they drop all the lawsuits and sign a production agreement with QC. Even though they are having a tough time coming up with a CDMA phone, they are still more experienced in making phones. Assuming that MOT probably has some excess capacity, it would be a good replacement or secondary source in addition to SONY. Ramsey
