Technology Stocks : FSII - The Worst is Over?

Joe, remember maybe about 2 months ago... one of the Japanese firms announced it would be building a new fab over a billion in costs. I think it is supposed to start construction next year. By the time that building starts the rally in techs should be on its way. At that point FSII should go into a trading range instead of flat lining. And then as more positive news comes out move into higher trading ranges.

I agree with Don about these stocks. They will recover later than the other tech stocks, but I think that seems to be the case in these companies. Maybe the rally starts inventories clear, capacities are maxed and then the orders for equipment take off.
