Yes, I want to see audited financials submitted and approved by the SEC; anyone can produce audited financials. To mean they won't be that meaningful and more importantly, we must see financials from at least the merger through June 30th, 1998 or they will be meaningless as I know that to get reporting and to the Nasdaq that the financials must be current. I just hope we financials that we have been waiting for now for 8 months
