It was a over a month ago I looked over the EDGAR filings. I have not talked to anyone in person, rather just going by the dates previous filings were made. (usually three months after the end of the quarter, so I suppose they are not obliged to be fully reporting). At this point, I'm not sure what I would be buying if I bought stock and would like to see recent numbers since the acquisition and re-pricing of products. Will add more if I make any phone calls. The "sling" thing kind of takes away some credibility from their core business IMO. A new entity which would be fully owned by Health-Pak might look better on paper.
