BB, Whew, thought it was MY forecast that was off. Actually, so far for today my forecast is off. Lots of wind but clear skies... if the wind keeps up, that MAY mean the storm will not come because the "mixing ratio" in the atmosphere is such that the wind mixes the cold and hot together without ever getting the uplift to trigger the bad wx. I think??? Also, strong winds CAN presage a violent front as the strong, warm winds (and it is hot and moist outside) feed the front as it moves through. BWDIK??? Decided to take a BATH rather than have a BASH! Bought 3 BA puts today at the open... could have gotten them cheaper but got a very strong sell signal and wish I had gone in yesterday at the open with a market order... would have done much better. Paid 1/2 for them and have GTC in for 3... just in case! I think the rest of this week will be DOWN as we retest the low. (BWDIK?) Bill
