Forgive me but I'm not an accountant but I remember reading somewhere - I think on this thread a while ago - that in practical terms a statement of audit from an independent certified accountant has more meaning than the SEC blessing. The idea (as I remember) was that the SEC does not scrutinize as much as people think these filings if they are already certified. I could be wrong here - could you comment.

Also, let's assume we get certified accountant audited statements, wouldn't they confirm one way or another that this is not a scam. I mean why would the CPA lie and risk his/her certification to support a scam company? Once we know its not a scam could not investors move in w/ more confidence?

Truly the honest questions of a lowly geologist.
