Well, in retrospect, I think he did "hint" about it. Read the several posts he made about failure of management to perform. Not just here, but on those "other" threads, too.

Perhaps he should preface his hints with "This is a subtle hint. Pay attention!".

Then, maybe even *I* will pick up on them.
