To all:

What the heck is going on??? Last I looked IACO up an eight, IQSW doen 7/16? The story I read said the conversion rate was 1.96 shares. IQSW'a price should be over $13.00, so why is it falling today???

A first glance at IACO looks promising. Their product, analytic software, "DecisionSuite" appears to be gaining market acceptance. IACO--according to a report I read--has 3 strong buys and two buys. Revenue has grown rapidly, and it has a mean five year estimated growth rate of over 40%, yet current quote is way off 52 week high. Estimates for current year are $.13. IQ is expected to add to earnings this year, exclusive of merger costs.

So again, why is anyone selling at less than takeover value? Has someone not heard the news and selling in down NASDQ day? Is someone unable to do basic arithmetic, yet has somehow acquired sufficient equity in IQSW to drive its price down? Is something else going on?

Answrs?!

best regards
