Rob,

A thing about the Walmarts, Targets, JC Penney's a lot of people don't know about is that they have their own product lines. The manufacturers make products specifically for these stores. You can easily verify this with WMT investor relations or ask anyone in WMT purchasing dept. The name of the manufacturer and products are identical but the quality is inferior. The model numbers are only one off. So the comparison of products at a Target to a store like RSTO, Pier1 or even JC Penny, can not be made.

I learned this first hand when buying 4 baby crib mobiles for my kids. Two came from JC Penney, and in an effort to save money, two were bought at Walmart. I thought they would be the same. You can't tell the difference until you get it out of the box that they are made by two separate factories. The model number was off by one and the cheapo was made in China and the Penny was made in the US. The two were in two different leagues.
