Yes this is a falling knife. No time to grab it. Based on my conversations with the company, the IT part was never as big as Riley (who shall become Galveston Oyster chow) made it out to be. They made a huge error as a public company not to report negative news as it happened. Ther press releases were garbled, and the one time chargeoff will hurt. And there will be the lawyers flying slow lazy circles. Will I dump my shares? no, not at this price. There is still some real value in the company and I like the business strategy. But yes this is a good time to take a hard look at the warts and decide if this is the stock for you. Best wishes to all and especially to Tom D. Zebra
