TO ALL SPCO SHAREHOLDERS:

Two things that interests me in the mergers is that:

1) Allegro's recent quarter was 466% increase in sales. It seems they know how to increase sales through their retail channels. This means once the merger occurs, SPCO will be able to better market their products -- thereby, generating more revenues for the two companies.

2) Their is also the possiblity of Allegro being aquired by other companies.

What ever happens, I think who ever holds SPCO after the merger should be rewarded. I bet once conversion occurs, SPCO should be worth $2.04 ~ $2.5.

Good Luck everyone!
