I'm writing from memory: but David Tanaka was the Number 1 stock picking analyst in computer networking for last year according to the WSJ's annual all-star analyst rankings (published today).

For last year, out of 50 groups computer networking ranked 49 (precious metals the only worse performer.) Among 25 analysts, only Tanaka scored a gain, 4%, with the average being a loss of more than 30%.
