CASHCO SUMMARY:
Cashco Management, Inc. (CSHK) has three products they are preparing to market. The first product is a flushable cat litter made from wood by-products to be marketed by August under the name Paws Only. I understand that it is less prone to stopping up the commode than other products. Next, is a Y2K software program that analyzes computer software and hardware and reports the changes needed to enable them to function after year 2000. An initial order by Zitec International Limited with Cashco for 40,000 units @ $25.50 per unit to be delivered over a 90 day period, as required by Zitec was announced on June 2, 1998. I understand these CD's are being cut now. An agreement to establish a working relationship between Cashco, Zitec, and IntellAgent Control Corporation was also announced. I understand that shipments are expected to begin in about a week. The third product is is a chat type software program that will provide Enhanced Personal Communications including, but not limited to, such features as Real Time Friend/Contact Online Awareness, Real time text chat interface, whiteboard, and Real time file transfer. When completed it will include eight significant features. CSHK is a BB stock and do not report now. The company is actively involved in applying to the SEC to be a reporting company.
